EDUCATION:
Learning never stops…especially at the West Pasco Board of REALTORS.
Informative seminars on a wide range of subjects are offered free or at a nominal cost continually. Through FAR and NAR, you have the opportunity to sharpen your skills and earn professional designations.
PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS/ARBITRATION
Our Strict National Code of Ethics fosters an image of integrity and honesty,
protects both members and the public. The West Pasco Board of REALTORS Grievance and Professional Standards Committee handle complaints and make fair decisions. Mediation is also available to resolve
disputes. Our Arbitration Panel helps you arbitrate disputes without having to go to court.
REALTOR TRADEMARK
Only NAR members are permitted to use the registered membership marks REALTOR, REALTOR-ASSOCIATE, and the block “R” logo. Take advantage of them!
MULTIPLE LISTING SERVICE
Members of the West Pasco Board of REALTORS share listings through the
Multiple Listing Service, providing the widest possible exposure for all listings through www.fl.living.net and www.realtor.com. Also available for members is the Marketlinx multiple listing service. Listings entered through the West Pasco Board of REALTORS are automatically available on the internet for the public to look at. Supra keys, E-Keys and lockboxes may be purchased and the West Pasco Board of Realtors office for your convenience. West Pasco Board of Realtors web site is www.wpbor.com. This site is for the public and also members. Our members go into the site with their member ID# and can access all of the information we have available. The calendar, downloads, member lists of Realtors and our Affiliates.
GOVERNMENTAL RELATIONS/RPAC
We keep up with current legislation affecting the industry and present the REALTORâ viewpoint.
COMPUTER ROOM
The West Pasco Board of Realtors has a computer set up for our members convenience. You may use it to search listings, print listings, broker load listings, scan listing photos. Marketlinx classes are available at no additional cost to out members. In addition to the above you now have access to design fliers for open houses, available listings and broker opens.
LIBRARY
Our library consists of informative books, tapes and videos. Members may check out these items or read and or view books and tapes in the quiet atmosphere of our reading room.
BOARD STORE
The West Pasco Board of Realtors store is open Monday thru Friday from 8:30-5:00. We have rider signs, yard signs, and brochure boxes. Come by and take a look.
PUBLICATONS/COMMUNICATIONS
Your membership includes access to our West Pasco Board of Realtors web-site, www.wpbor.com, FAR’s magazine, “Florida Realtor”, NAR’s monthly newspaper, “Realtor News”, and a monthly magazine, “Real Estate Today”. Personal e-mail messages from the board to all members of upcoming events.
COMMITTEES
Our outstanding committees are responsible for the Board’s operation and you can help by signing up and participating on the committee of your choice. You may obtain a committee request form by calling the Board office and you also have one in the orientation packet.
GROUP BENEFITS
Discounted group health and life insurance is available to board members through NAR.
FACILITIES AND STAFF SUPPORT
The West Pasco Board of Realtors facilities are available for member use in seminars, training programs and sales meetings at a low member fee. Hall rental for special functions such as weddings, etc is available to our members. The Boards professional staff is available Monday thru Friday 8:30 – 5:00 to serve your needs.
